Seth’s lifelong love for storytelling and building made LEGO a natural medium for engaging minds and sparking meaningful conversations. Through Bricks Crossing, he uses the power of creativity and hands-on building to encourage people of all ages to think deeper, explore new perspectives, and develop confidence in who they’re becoming.

Natisha Crossman is a writer, teacher, speaker and co-founder of Bricks Crossing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in project management and strategic planning. With dual degrees in Information Technology and an MBA from Syracuse University, Natisha blends analytical insight with creative problem-solving to help teams unlock ideas, strengthen communication, and build forward-thinking strategies.

Her passion for LEGO began in childhood and has evolved into a powerful tool for experiential learning. Through Bricks Crossing and LSP, Natisha combines her professional expertise with her love of hands-on creativity—helping organizations visualize challenges, align around shared goals, and discover innovative solutions one brick at a time.
